Hello, I'm Samone —
and I'm so glad you're here.

The fact that you found your way to this page tells me you may be ready to understand what your capacity has been trying to tell you.

My story is unique. It includes a medical crisis, a season when my brain stopped cooperating, recovery, faith, relocation, and finally learning how to read the clues my life had been leaving all along.

But having clues is not unique to me. We all have them.

They may appear in our time, our money, our environment, or our well-being. We may call them exhaustion, frustration, inconsistency, or “just one of those days.” But the value is not only in noticing the clues. The value is in learning how to read them — and then taking action based on what they reveal.

That is why I wrote Overwhelm Leaves Clues.

My hope is that somewhere in these pages, you stop blaming yourself for what your capacity has been trying to communicate. I hope you find language for what you have been carrying, recognize where the cost is being paid, and begin asking a better question:
